進達眼鏡-用眼不舒適症狀的輪迴!

 近距離用眼閱讀,常使用眼外肌的動眼機制(EOM),尤其是VERGENCE系統對準目標固視並因應躍視,跟隨視作用,持續性將目標固定於黃斑部中心窩。因眼位問題所需的EOM調整,產生EOM及前庭,頸部系統產生衝突,也致使對三叉神經過度刺激,也伴隨姿勢的不平衡,這些均是造成視覺不舒適症狀(如頭痛,頭暈,眼疲勞,畏光,乾眼的產生,此外,眼聚焦調節作用ACCOMMODATION系統的持續用眼,導致交感及副交感失衡甚至影響胸鎖乳突肌或斜方肌的過度動作繼而使警,背部的緊繃不舒適,VERGENCE系統及ACCOMMODATION系統又相互影響也衍生兩系統的失衡又導致雙眼視異常問題及不舒適症狀的加劇惡化!之中,屈光矯正,光學鏡片,稜鏡,視覺訓練,藥物等地介入有助於症狀解除及舒緩!
